1. Warranty Coverage
Duration: The warranty period begins on the date the repair service is completed and is valid for 90 calendar days.
Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers:
Labor and replacement parts provided during the repair service.
Defects in the material or workmanship of the repair.
Only the specific issue(s) for which the repair was originally performed.
2. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the appliance.
Issues unrelated to the original repair or parts not replaced during the service.
Repairs or adjustments made by any party other than US Appliance Repair, LLC technicians.
Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect appliance performance.
Failures caused by power surges, electrical problems, or water damage.
Third-Party Warranties: The warranty does not extend to parts or components covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer’s warranty covers a component, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service.
3. Claim Process
Notification: To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify US Appliance Repair, LLC of the issue within the 90-day warranty period by phone or email.
Inspection: A US Appliance Repair technician will inspect the appliance to determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.
Resolution: If the issue is covered, US Appliance Repair will:
Repair the faulty part or component at no additional cost.
Replace defective parts if necessary (at the discretion of US Appliance Repair).
4. Warranty Voiding
The warranty will be considered void if:
The appliance has been tampered with, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than US Appliance Repair, LLC.
The appliance was used for purposes other than its intended use, including commercial or industrial use when the appliance is designed for residential use only.
The appliance was improperly installed, moved, or connected after the original service was performed.
There is evidence of improper handling, accidents, or environmental factors (e.g., floods, fires, or pest damage).
5. Exclusions
Consequential Damages: US Appliance Repair, LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from appliance failure, including loss of use, property damage, or lost business opportunities.
Travel Fees: For warranty claims outside the standard service area, additional travel fees may apply.
6. Liability Limitations
The liability of US Appliance Repair, LLC is limited solely to the replacement or repair of parts and services provided under this warranty.
In no event will US Appliance Repair, LLC’s liability exceeds the original cost of the repair service.
7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service was provided.
8. Payment Terms
All invoices are due immediately upon receipt.
A 5% processing fee will be charged for payments made via credit card.
A $35 plus any other fee charged by the financial institution will apply to returned checks.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments through Zelle and Venmo.

No Refund Policy: Trip charges and payments for completed repairs are non-refundable
Trip Charge: A fee for dispatching a technician to the customer’s location, due regardless of whether a repair is performed.
Completed Repair: Any service or repair that has been performed in full, addressing the issue identified during the service visit.
Late Payment Policy: A late fee of 1.5% will be applied to unpaid balances after 30 days.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any payment disputes, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
However, all charges, including trip charges and completed repairs, are due as outlined in this policy.
